Aqua (Water), Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Juglans Regia (Walnut Tree) Shell Powder, Glycerin, Coco-Glucoside, Triethanolamine, Polyethylene, Disodium EDTA, Parfum, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylisothiazolinone, Methylchloroisothiazolinone.Use 1-2 times a week. Gently massage onto clean, damp skin, focusing on elbows, knees, and feet. Rinse thoroughly with water. After the scrub, apply moisturiser.
